我们仅收集实现产品或服务功能所必要的信息：
We collect the information required to realize product or service functions only:
1.1您在注册或使用我们产品或服务（包括但不限于洞见者app以及参与洞见者app中举行的活动/任务）时主动提供的个人信息。“个人信息”是指任何我方可以识别的信息中，（a）信息本身；或（b）从我们已经或可能有权访问的数据和其他信息，包括我们的记录中可能不时更新的数据中，无论是否真实，可以识别个人的任何信息。
1.1 Personal data provided by you upon registering or using our products or services, including but not limited to “Sage All Around” app and the activities/tasks held therein. “Personal Data” refers to any data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified (a) from that data; or (b) from that data and other information to which we have or are likely to have access, including data in our records as may be updated from time to time.

1.2.1 Location Information: The location of you while using the products or services. For example, in order to quickly screen and determine your accessibility to “Sage All Around” tasks, we may need to obtain your location information.

1.2.2 Log Information: When you use the products or services, we may automatically collect detailed service conditions of the terminal and software, usage habits, etc. such as your device model, search and query content, IP address, browser type, telecom carrier, language used, date and time of access and web pages visited.

We may also obtain information that is recorded, generated and shared when you use a third-party partner's products or services. For example, when you use client-end of a third-party partner with whom we have operating account to accept our products or services, we may obtain your information. 4.4 此外，去除掉个人身份识别标识且确保数据接收方无法复原并重新识别个人身份的信息，不属于个人隐私信息，对此类数据的保存及处理将无需另行向您通知并征得您的同意。
4.4 In addition, information with personal identification removed to prevent recovery and re-identification by data recipient is not personal or private information. The preservation and processing of such data will not require notice to and consent from you.

5.1为保护您提供的个人信息安全，防止个人信息遭到未经授权访问、公开披露、收集、使用、修改、处置、损坏、丢失或其他类似风险，我们已经引入了适当的管理理和技术措施，例如最新的防病毒保护、加密和使用隐私过滤器来保护我们所有个人信息的存储和传输，并仅在需要知道的基础上在内部和向我们的授权第三方服务提供商和代理商披露个人信息。
5.1 To protect your personal data and prevent unauthorized access to and public disclosure, collection, use, modification, disposal, damage, loss personal dataor similar risks, we have introduced appropriate administrative, physical and technical measures such as up-to-date antivirus protection, encryption and the use of privacy filters to secure all storage and transmission of personal data by us, and disclosing personal data both internally and to our authorized third party service providers and agents only on a need-to-know basis.

5.3 The Internet is not an absolutely secure environment. Please note that the information you voluntarily share or disclose publicly while using our services may involve personal data or even sensitive information of you or others, for example, pictures containing personal data uploaded by you together with your comments. Please consider more carefully the information you share publicly while using our services.
5.4 我们通常不会将您的个人信息传输到新加坡以外的国家/地区。但是，若需要传述到境外，我们将征得您的同意，我们将采取措施确保您的个人信息继续获得至少与新加坡《个人信息保护法》规定的保护标准相当的保护标准。
We generally do not transfer your personal data to countries outside of Singapore. However, if we do so, we will obtain your consent for the transfer to be made and we will take steps to ensure that your personal data continues to receive a standard of protection that is at least comparable to that provided under the Personal Data Protection Act.

Minors may not create their own user accounts without consent of their parents or guardians. If you are a minor, it is recommended that your parent or guardian should read the privacy policy carefully and you may use our services or provide us with the information with the consent of your parent or guardian.

我们可能适时修改本隐私政策，以确保其符合我们未来的业务发展、行业趋势及/或法律法规规定及其任何修改。
We may revise the Privacy Policy as appropriate to adapt to our future business developments, industry trends and/or satisfy requirements of laws and regulations and amendments thereto.
